Operations workflow

Restaurant POS, KDS and Receipt Printing

MenuSnap connects QR orders and staff-entered orders to cashier records, kitchen preparation and print-ready handoffs. It is designed for restaurants that need a lighter operational layer without buying a proprietary hardware stack.

Operational gaps

Restaurants need more than a guest-facing QR menu

Once guests can order from their phones, the restaurant still needs a clean way to confirm, prepare, print, settle and review those orders.

Cashier work still happens

Some guests order through staff, some pay at the counter, and some need refunds or corrections. MenuSnap keeps cashier actions in the same ordering record.

Kitchens need clear tickets

Orders should arrive with items, options, notes and timing context. KDS and printing reduce dependence on handwritten notes or message chains.

Paper handoff still matters

Many restaurants still need kitchen tickets, customer receipts or paper records. MenuSnap supports printing where a physical handoff fits the workflow.

Staff can accept, adjust or handle exceptions according to restaurant rules and permissions.

3

Items move to KDS or printing workflows with station routing where configured.

4

Staff record payment, print receipts, handle refunds and close shifts with clearer records.
