One order across the restaurant
MenuSnap brings the guest menu and the team’s daily work into a connected flow. Guests can read the menu and place an order in their phone’s browser; staff can also enter orders, handle payments and coordinate preparation.
The aim is practical: keep item choices, table details and order notes available to the people who need them. Restaurants choose the tools, service channels and configuration that fit their operation.
For one restaurant and for multiple locations
Independent restaurants, bars, cafés and quick-service teams can start with the menu and ordering process they need. Existing compatible devices can be part of the setup; printers, payments and installed applications require their own checks.
Multi-location operators can plan restaurant access, store-level settings, reporting and rollout alongside the location allowances in their subscription. Shared access does not imply automatic configuration cloning, group accounting or cross-store funds settlement.
Languages and market availability are different
MenuSnap supports a 31-language menu foundation for local and international guests. The restaurant maintains its source content and reviews the languages it publishes, including dish descriptions, options and allergen information.
MenuSnap’s current focus is multilingual European restaurants. Language support does not establish that a payment provider, integration or fiscal workflow is available or certified in every country. Tell us where you operate so the proposed setup can be checked against your requirements.
Public plans and a direct demonstration
MenuSnap uses subscription pricing and does not charge a platform percentage on restaurant orders. Payment processors, hardware and separately agreed services can have their own fees. Founder eligibility, included locations and usage allowances are explained with the published plans.
The public demo shows the guest ordering experience without creating real restaurant orders or payments. It helps you explore the interface; it is not evidence that your own payment account, kitchen screen, printer or local fiscal setup is ready.
