KDS, printing and pickup displays require the appropriate plan, compatible devices and setup. A kitchen ticket and a guest receipt serve different purposes.

Pro

You can use compatible phones, tablets and computers. Check the operating system and the connection method for each printer or payment device. Available printing and payment workflows depend on your plan and setup; not every device works without additional configuration.

MenuSnap takes no commission on orders. Payment providers may charge separate processing fees.

Orders can be routed by station where configured, using KDS or print workflows.

Does MenuSnap charge commission on orders?

MenuSnap charges 0% platform commission on orders. Paid plans have a subscription fee, and payment providers may charge separate processing fees. Online payment availability depends on your plan, country and activated merchant account.

What happens if the connection drops?

The POS shows connection status and catches up on events after reconnecting. Payments, refunds, settlement and shifts require server confirmation. This version does not provide a complete offline ordering and checkout workflow; restore the connection before continuing these actions.
