  • KDS, printing and pickup displays require the appropriate plan, compatible devices and setup. A kitchen ticket and a guest receipt serve different purposes.
  • You can use compatible phones, tablets and computers. Check the operating system and the connection method for each printer or payment device. Available printing and payment workflows depend on your plan and setup; not every device works without additional configuration.

MenuSnap charges 0% platform commission on orders. Paid plans have a subscription fee, and payment providers may charge separate processing fees. Online payment availability depends on your plan, country and activated merchant account.
