Member records and points
In Merchant, open Membership to review member records, tiers and points. A points balance is a loyalty benefit, not a cash balance or a prepaid wallet.
Give returning guests a membership they can use when ordering. MenuSnap brings member records, points and supported promotions into the restaurant workflow, so staff can check eligibility before applying a benefit.

In Merchant, open Membership to review member records, tiers and points. A points balance is a loyalty benefit, not a cash balance or a prepaid wallet.
In Promotions, review an offer and its eligibility before issuing a supported member coupon. Check the member and order journey in your own configured environment.
Where enabled, Campaigns adds marketing messages. Sending requires the appropriate plan, permission, recipient consent, quota and a configured provider. Having a customer record does not itself grant permission to send marketing.
Choose the membership scope, enabled earning rules and staff permissions. Check whether benefits apply to this restaurant or a configured group of restaurants.
Review eligible members, dishes, order channels, dates and any minimum spend. Member prices, coupons and member-day offers depend on the plan and the rules you enable.
Identify the member and check the available points or coupon before confirming the order. The order must satisfy the offer rules; a discount is not automatically valid for every guest or every item.
Use the available member, points and promotion records to investigate a question. When an order is refunded, check the resulting benefit adjustments instead of assuming that a coupon or points balance is unchanged.
No. Points are governed by your loyalty rules. The membership features described here do not provide a stored-value account with top-ups, gift money and cash withdrawals.
Membership groups can have a configured restaurant scope. Confirm the group and offer rules before rollout; sharing membership does not create cross-store financial settlement.
No. Marketing requires the relevant consent as well as plan access, staff permission, a sending allowance and an enabled provider. A withdrawn consent must be respected.
No. Eligibility and combinations depend on the configured rules. Check the final order calculation and try representative cases before making an offer public.
