Phone
Take orders and record payments from a compact staff workspace. A useful option for tableside service or a smaller checkout setup.
You do not need to buy a complete set of dedicated POS hardware to start. Use compatible devices for ordering and checkout, then add kitchen screens or printing as your restaurant needs them.

Start with the devices you already have. A phone suits mobile service; a tablet or computer gives a fixed checkout station more room.

Open the browser POS for a larger checkout screen. A compatible tablet can also serve as a kitchen display when KDS is enabled.
Choose a supported POS version for counter service, or use the tablet as a kitchen display with the required setup.
Use the browser for checkout and restaurant management. Check the download site for the native apps currently available for your operating system.
Add a compatible printer for guest receipts, kitchen tickets or both. The ticket layout and connection need to match your printer and supported software.

These widths refer to layouts for compatible ESC/POS printers. They do not mean every brand or model is supported. Confirm your model and test printing before purchase.
A network cable, USB cable and Bluetooth each need a different setup. Check both the printer and the device that will send its tickets.
Connect a compatible printer to the local network. Supported printing software sends tickets to its configured network address over TCP.
Connect through a supported desktop client or system print queue. The computer needs the appropriate printer driver and a tested setup.
Supported on the Android client with a paired printer using classic Bluetooth SPP. This does not cover Bluetooth LE printers or iOS Bluetooth printing.
The web POS does not connect directly to printers. Use a supported released client or printing service. Before buying hardware, confirm the model and test both a guest receipt and a kitchen ticket.
Check kitchen and receipt printing requirementsConfirm that payment succeeded on your separate card terminal, then record it in MenuSnap. The terminal continues to handle the actual card charge.
Use an available payment method with the required provider account and restaurant settings. Availability depends on your country and setup; provider fees are separate.
The POS shows connection status and catches up on events after reconnecting. Payments, refunds, settlement and shifts need server confirmation; guest QR ordering needs internet.
No. You can start with compatible phones, tablets or computers. Check your device and the functions you need first; a kitchen screen or printer can be added separately.
Yes. MenuSnap includes a compact staff workspace for ordering and payment recording. Tablets and computers provide more space for a permanent checkout station. Confirm card-terminal payment success before recording that payment.
Yes, on compatible devices. Use the browser POS on an iPad or computer, or choose a released Windows, macOS or Android app from the MenuSnap download centre. Apple App Store and Google Play listings are marked coming soon; do not confuse an app-store listing with the direct installers already available.
Those widths describe supported ticket layouts for compatible ESC/POS printers, not universal brand compatibility. Check the exact model, connection and supported printing software before buying, then test a receipt and a kitchen ticket.
You can keep a suitable independent terminal and record its payments after it confirms success. This is not a direct terminal integration. MenuSnap has no platform order commission, but your terminal or payment provider can still charge fees.
The POS shows its connection status. Restore the connection before continuing payments, refunds, settlement or shift actions, then check the updated records. This version does not provide a complete offline ordering and checkout workflow.
