Commission-Free Restaurant Online Ordering
Take direct orders without paying MenuSnap a percentage of each sale. Choose the software subscription your restaurant needs and account separately for fees charged by your payment provider.
Separate subscription, payment and device costs
When choosing ordering software, check payment-provider terms, included locations and device connections alongside the advertised platform price.
More orders without platform commission
MenuSnap does not charge a percentage of each order. Restaurants choose subscriptions based on features and usage needs.
Payment-provider fees remain separate
Payment services may charge processing fees. Zero MenuSnap order commission does not make card or online payment processing free.
A direct relationship with your guests
Guests use the menu and ordering links provided by the restaurant, and the order enters its own service and preparation flow.

Does 0% commission mean payment processing is free?
No. 0% order commission means MenuSnap does not take a platform percentage from each order. Payment providers may still charge their own processing fees.
Can I use my existing card terminal?
Confirm that payment succeeded on the separate card terminal before recording it in MenuSnap. Recording a payment does not charge the card. Stripe, Redsys and Bizum availability depends on your plan, country and activated merchant account. Check your store settings and enabled payment channels for actual availability.
